Never played pickleball at Dream & Believe before? Here’s what to expect.

First things first: you don’t need to wonder where to go or what to do. Someone will meet you at the door and help you get settled.

A few things to know before you arrive:

🏓 Complete your waiver ahead of time.

👟 Bring a clean pair of court-approved shoes to change into before playing.

🏓 Bring your own paddle, balls, and other equipment.

⏰ Courts can be rented for 1–2 hours. Need longer? Reach out and talk with us.

👀 Not everyone has to play! We have a lounge area where friends or family can relax and watch.

And once you step onto the court, you’ll find four clear, professionally surfaced regulation pickleball courts designed specifically for the game.

Whether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth, we want it to feel easy to walk through the doors and get playing.

Some people can remember this property before Dream & Believe was here.

Jawn is one of them.

He remembers when this land was a ballfield—and today, he’s helping us care for the outdoor field that’s becoming part of Dream & Believe’s future.

Through his work with Funyak Landscapes, L.P., Jawn helps us manage w**d control, fertilization, and the ongoing care needed to keep the field healthy and green—all while helping us find practical solutions that make sense for the facility.

There’s something pretty special about having someone help care for the future of a place they remember from its past.

“Therefore encourage one another and build each other up…” — 1 Thessalonians 5:11

Sometimes encouragement looks like a coach reminding an athlete not to give up.

A teammate saying, “You’ve got this.”

A parent cheering from the sidelines.

A friend inviting someone new to join the game.

Faith isn’t only something we believe. It’s something we have the opportunity to live out in the way we treat one another.

Less time in traffic. More time together.

Sometimes, one of the best parts of finding the right place to play is simply how easy it feels to get there.

We recently had a group of pickleball players tell us Dream & Believe was easy to get to, relaxing, and enjoyable.

That matters to us.

Located in Evans City with convenient access to I-79, the PA Turnpike, Route 228, and Route 8, we’re close enough to surrounding communities without requiring another stressful trip through heavier traffic.

Because when your calendar is already full, getting to practice, pickleball, or time with friends shouldn’t be the hardest part of your day.

What started as a dream has become a place filled with people, purpose, and possibility. ❤️

Athletes putting in the work.

And while we’re grateful for how far this dream has come, we’re even more grateful for the community growing alongside it.

The games bring us together.

But years from now, the scoreboard probably won’t be what we remember most.

We’ll remember the coach who kept encouraging us.

The teammates who became friends.

The conversations between games.

The laughter after a pickleball match.

The people who showed up for us—even on the hard days.

Sports give us a reason to gather.

But it’s everything they make possible—friendship, confidence, encouragement, connection—that can stay with us long after the game is over.

That’s the kind of place we hope Dream & Believe can be.

There’s something about September that brings us back into rhythm.

Practices return. Weekly routines settle in. Bible studies and youth groups begin gathering again. Friends reconnect. Families start filling their calendars with the people and activities that matter most.

And as we head toward a new season, maybe there’s room for something new, too.

A weekly pickleball game with friends.

A youth group looking for a fun way to connect.

A homeschool group ready to get active together.

A team searching for a place to train.

Or an idea for a league or gathering that hasn’t even been created yet.

There’s something special about playing under the lights. ✨

For young athletes, a night game can turn an ordinary evening into a memory.

And as we continue developing our outdoor field, we’re one step closer to creating more of those moments at Dream & Believe.

We’re grateful for the people helping bring this part of the vision to life—including Darren, our local representative with Musco Lighting, who helped us navigate the township approval process, and Alex with McCurley Houston Electric, who will help bring the field lighting to life.

And these lights are about more than extending playing time.

Local fields are in demand. Teams and leagues are looking for places to play, and creating more opportunities for young athletes also creates more opportunities for families and our community to come together.

More time to play.
More people in the stands.
More memories under the lights. ✨
