Body Tuners We are unlike the rest. We specialize in one on one personal training and small group fitness.

Body Tuners gym is locally owned and operated in Eureka, California. The Body Tuners workout facility differs from others in the Humboldt county area because our trainers are specifically focused on helping clients to “find your own tune” in the form of lifestyle changes in order to achieve the individual goals that clients desire for themselves. The owner, Kristina Lewis, wants nothing more than to inspire and positively change people's lives throughout the Humboldt community. She hopes to achieve this through the implementation of challenging and innovative personal training workouts, nutrition planning and education services as well as designing a personally tailored clean eating meal prep plan into their clients lives. This business is passionate about health and fitness and is operated by people who find great joy in sharing their knowledge with others and have been involved in the fitness industry for a number of years prior to the opening of this facility. This gym is sure to stand out from others in the Humboldt county area because at Body Tuners you get so much more than simply a workout facility with a personal trainer. Kristina and the staff strive to be not only your trainer, but your life coach as well. We feel that this approach is a vital, and commonly missing, component to fostering a health and fitness transformation that is long lasting for their clients.

We are so lucky to have Dori on the BodyTuners team! 💜 Dori brings such a unique combination of experience, knowledge, and heart to working with kids.

Along with being a personal trainer who specializes in working with children, Dori is also a social worker and counselor, giving her an incredible understanding of how to communicate with and support kids of all different abilities and personalities. 🧠💪

She especially loves working with kids on the spectrum and uses her knowledge of communication, behavior, and individualized support to make every child feel comfortable, understood, and confident. She combines that with her lifelong love and experience in sports to create workouts that are fun, engaging, and built around each child’s individual needs. 🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♂️

Dori isn’t just helping kids get stronger physically—she’s helping them build confidence, learn new skills, and discover that fitness can be something they genuinely enjoy. 🥹💜
