Another huge thank you for ongoing support must go out to the Northern Suburbs Athletic Club

From day 1 the people of the greatest athletics club north of Antarctica have been so supportive.

They have endorsed my journey as a coach from day 1 paying for my coaching course as a 17 year old know it all high jumper.

So out of appreciation I took a few spray Cans to Hayward Field to show my appreciation.

It will come as no surprise that this man has given countless hours of advice either via a random phone call or in person.

Track related or not i appreciate the time and mentoring he unselfishly provides.

All first timers who battled tirelessly in the extreme conditions.

The most rewarding part of this is the challenges a few of them have overcome to this point in their journey and still want to challenge themselves.

It can be a long road but the lessons learnt, friendships made and character built is all proof of a road worth taking.
