Our 200 hour Zen Yoga Teacher Training starts in late September. It’s unique in that we look at the Indian Hatha Yoga tradition, but also yoga as it appears in China, Korea, Japan, and Tibet. Zen yoga focuses on the energy systems in the body, and also the seasons of the year. There’s also a big emotional release component to the practice. Please pass on the word, this yoga teacher training is fantastic! ❤️🧘

Join Jacob Albritton for Welcome Home Group Breathwork from 6:30-8:30p on Friday, September 18th.

The Welcome Home Breathwork is a powerful conscious connected breathing practice designed to work with your body’s streams of energy, creating the conditions for energy to open and flow more freely and effortlessly. It is a deep, immersive, and transformational experience that invites you on a journey inward, using the breath as your tool and spirit as your guide, toward the core of what is real, present, and true within you.

Through the power of conscious connected breathing, energy that has been held within the body can begin to move naturally, creating more space for connection, healing, presence, and Love, which is our natural essence. Many participants describe the experience as a homecoming—a return to the Self beneath the noise, tension, and conditioning of everyday life.

Every journey is unique. Some participants experience deep emotional release, while others enter expanded states of awareness, vivid inner imagery, or unexpected physical sensations as energy begins to move. Equally common are waves of joy, an opening of the heart, profound peace, and a renewed sense of clarity. You may feel more connected to your authentic self, your body’s innate wisdom, spirit, the natural world, or a deeper sense of purpose. Whatever arises is welcomed with compassion, and every experience is supported with Love, care, and respect for your own pace.

Throughout the evening, Jacob Albritton, accompanied by carefully curated music, will guide participants through a rhythmic breathing pattern of two inhales followed by one exhale, all through the mouth. This intentionally activating technique is used to help move stuck energy, stress, tension, grief, anger, laughter, and any emotion that has become lodged within the nervous system.

Join Jordan on Saturday, August 29th for a Yin Yoga Mini Retreat from 2-5pm. It will be a fantastic chance to restore, ground, and align. $45-$65 sliding scale.

Step away from the busyness of everyday life and give yourself an afternoon to slow down, restore, and reconnect. This 3-hour Yin Yoga Mini Retreat is designed to release deep layers of tension while calming the nervous system and nourishing your fascia.

The slow, sustained holds of Yin Yoga gently hydrate and stimulate fascia, helping improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and support greater ease of movement throughout the body.

We’ll divide our practice into two nourishing sessions with a short break in the middle:

2:00–3:20 PM: Neck, shoulders, upper back, and heart-opening poses to melt away stress, relieve tension, and create space for easier breathing.

Break: Enjoy time to stretch your legs, sip tea, journal, or simply relax.

3:40–5:00 PM: Hips, hamstrings, low back, and legs, focusing on releasing stored tension, improving flexibility, and cultivating a grounded sense of ease.

Through long-held poses, mindful breathing, and guided relaxation, you’ll leave feeling lighter, more open, and deeply restored.
