Back on Lake Eufaula this morning out catching White Bass with Joey, Ezra and Martini who is here visiting his daughter and family from Germany. We had a great morning despite some of them having never fished before. But they were fast learners and caught on really quick. After today they're already planning their trip next year. Little Ezra was the champion of the day. Catching the biggest Catfish and the most and Biggest White Bass. These kind of trips are excellent for young anglers and old anglers alike. Everyone has so much fun. Today's water temperature is still running 84. All of there fish today came out of water that was 12 to 20 feet deep. All fish were on the bottom and moving. Another fun morning of Crappie fishing on Lake Eufaula. Today I had the Michael Gray group. Michael Tyler Dylan Jeremiah Jared and Brian. These guys have all fish with me numerous times and it's always fun when they're on the boats. I would like to thank Michael Kindall, for helping today with the second boat. Michael always does a great job. Pretty much non-stop action this morning. All on jigs mainly hair jigs but I did hear they were biting pretty good on rubber jigs as well. All of there fish today came off brush piles in 12 to 18 ft of water. Lake temperature still up there 85°, it's only going to get better from here on out. Back on Lake Eufaula today doing a little Crappie fishing with Rusty and Bruce from the Okmulgee. These guys know their business when it comes to crappie fishing. Today we found most of there fish on brush piles in 8 to 12 ft of water. They caught all their fish this morning on hair jigs. Rusty did have on one of his favorite Bobby Garland jigs today and he did great on it as well. Both of the guys caught their limits this morning for their big fish fry coming up next month. Another fun morning of catching on Lake Eufaula. This morning I had Kyle his mom Helen and son Jacob on board. They all caught on very fast and in no time they were all hauling in some nice Lake Eufaula Sandbass. A lot of doubles hookups today. It was fun watching them all haul in fish at the same time. Back on Lake Eufaula this morning for another Sand Bass Roundup. Today I was fishing with Eddie and Khang from northeastern Oklahoma. These two really like to fish. The guys had a lot of fun this morning hauling in the Sand Bass. It was Non-stop action. This was the first time for young Khang to fish something bigger than his local neighborhood pond. I think after today he's hooked on Lake Eufaula. He's already told me he's coming back 😂. Every time I looked at Eddie this morning he had a fish on that's the way we like it. Vacation's over. Back on Lake Eufaula this morning with Eddie and Bubba from southern Oklahoma. Eddie has been waiting to get in on another White bass trip like he had last year. This time he brought his cousin Bubba with him. We hit the jackpot on my first stop. Acres of them in 15 to 18 ft of water. It was all I could do for the first 20 minutes to keep up with these two hauling in fish. Probably one of the best mornings so far this summer. Here we go again! Fishing and hunting workers made number two on the list of most deadliest jobs. Florida's been great over the last week but were looking forward to getting home and getting back after it. Hope everyone had a great Labor Day Weekend.

Back on Lake Eufaula this morning with Danny and his grandkids Carter, Emory and Tinley. All of these kids did fantastic this morning. Catching some good old Lake Eufaula Sand Bass. They were catching them so fast they had fish flopping everywhere. This was a very fun trip. Today we were using slabs and jigs to get the job done. And it didn't take very long by 8:15 the ice chest was completely full with tails hanging out. Then it was catch and release until they all got tired of catching fish. Another awesome trip. Back on Lake Eufaula this morning. Today I had Steve and Dawn on the boat from North Carolina. These two are very accomplished anglers which made my day easy. Not only was it a fun morning but I got to hear so many amazing stories of their fishing trips. Most of their fish today came off the river channels in 14 to 22 ft of water. Got a new facelift on my boat trailer this week. All new bunk boards and carpet. New fenders and side panels. A new wiring job on the trailer lights four new Vortex hubs and spindles and some new tires. She should be ready for another few years. I had this trailer custom made back in 2010 by Magnum trailers in Austin TX. It's been the best boat trailer I've ever owned. I would like to thank my son Steven Burchfield for doing this for me. He did a outstanding job. I've got to run to the marina in the morning and put the boat back on the trailer and get ready for this weekends trips. You all have a good evening.
