Collab Run Alert!!!
Join the San Diego Donut Dash at Kit Carson Park on Wednesday, September 9th (9/9) at 6pm as we do a collab run with and .

Come and run or walk 3-6 miles (or however far you choose :) ) on part of the San Diego Donut Dash 5K course. Find out about the Donut Dash 5K, World Famous Donut Mile, the Donut Festival, and the Kid's Dash.

After run, we'll have prizes and snacks, and even raffle off a couple of entries to the San Diego Donut Dash on October 3rd. Everyone's invited!

4 DONUTS. 1 MILE. NO PUKING. Think you have the stomach to become a Donut Mile finisher at the World Famous Donut Mile?

On October 3, the San Diego Donut Dash is bringing back the challenge that combines two things that probably shouldn't happen at the same time: - Running fast and eating donuts.

THE WORLD FAMOUS DONUT MILE!!!
The rules are beautifully simple:

1 Mile. 4 Laps. 4 Donuts...Eat a donut.
Run a lap.
Eat another donut.
Run another lap.

Repeat until you've covered one mile and eaten all four donuts.
And yes, there's one very important rule...KEEP. THEM. DOWN.

Complete all four donuts and the full mile without puking, and you'll earn the official 2026 Donut Mile Finisher Medal, proof that you accomplished something your running coach probably never recommended.

BUT THERE CAN ONLY BE TWO CHAMPIONS...

We're not stopping at medals!,....The fastest overall male and fastest overall female, based on total Donut Mile finishing time, will each walk away as a 2026 DONUT MILE CHAMPION and earn the ultimate prize: THE DONUT MILE CHAMPIONSHIP BELT.

Yes. A Championship Belt. Because a normal trophy simply isn't enough for someone who can eat four donuts while racing a mile faster than everyone else.
