Let’s give a HUGE round of applause for FitnessU’s very own step dad, for his incredible feats in the United States Armwrestling Federation US National Championships at the Pittsburgh Power & Fitness Festival this past weekend!

Tom walked away with a ton of hardware:

1st place in the Senior Masters Division 🥇

2nd place in the OPEN division for both Left AND Right arms (🤯) 🥈🥈

And the 2026 UNDISPUTED National Champion vest for holding the national title in BOTH the IFA and WAF armwrestling federations 🤯🤯🤯😤💪

Rick Jenks set a STATE RECORD for the 220lb Masters (70-74) division with his 501.55lb Deadlift!! 🥇🏆

Carissa Perez got 2nd place the open division for her weight class in her VERY FIRST EVER powerlifting competition! 🥈🏆

Christian Giancola set multiple state and WORLD RECORDS in the Special Olympics division for his weight class 🥇🏆🌎

One of our very own could use some help.

Anyone who knows Conrad knows how kind, hardworking, and incredibly dedicated he is to his clients. Conrad recently underwent surgery, causing him to miss significant work, and is currently awaiting test results to determine if further treatment is necessary.

The goal is to support him with medical-related expenses and day-to-day costs, so he can focus fully on healing without the added stress of finances.
