Now, he brings that same energy to the Turf helping to challenge you, get stronger, and keep leveling up.

The athlete in him never left… he just found a new way to help others become better athletes, too.

GET TO KNOW: Coach Tariq (2/2) 🎤

You don’t have to feel ready to get started. Sometimes, you just have to take the first step and trust the process. 🔥

Coach Tariq didn’t always think he had the confidence to become a trainer. But once he realized coaching was about more than just knowing the movements, it was about educating, bringing the energy, and positively impacting people, he found something he truly fell in love with.

What started with a little uncertainty turned into a passion for helping others become better versions of themselves.

You never know what you’re capable of until you give yourself the chance to try.

Trust the process. Start where you are. See where it takes you.

TIP TUESDAY | BARBELL HANG CLEAN

Let’s clean it up 👀 Focus on these 3 things:

1️⃣ Slight Hinge = momentum
2️⃣ High Pull = drive the bar up with high, flared elbows.
3️⃣ Tuck & Relax — Quickly tuck the elbows through and keep the wrists relaxed as you catch.

Small adjustments = cleaner reps. 💪
