Muscle Activation Techniques MAT® is effective for EVERYONE from elite athletes to rehabilitation patients, and anyone in between; athletes NFL,NBA,NHL etc
As we age, due to various forms of stresses being placed on the body, the muscular system may become less efficient in its contractile abilities. Happy Independence Day from Greg Roskopf and the team at Muscle Activation Techniques!
For many older adults, pain is often accepted as "just part of getting older." Stacey Sauber from Bartlesville, Oklahoma, didn't want her clients to believe that.
She pursued Muscle Activation Techniques because she saw an opportunity to help people better understand how improving the connection between the nervous system and muscles could help reduce limitations and keep them doing the things they love.
Her goal is simple: help people move with greater confidence so they can continue living healthy, active, and fulfilling lives.
Every practitioner has a reason for starting. This is Stacey's.
