We have some schedule changes and additions happening starting in September!

6am Wednesday mornings is now an official bring a gi if you want to day. You don't have to but can get extra gi rounds that day if you want.

1115am Thursday afternoons, will be a 45 minute gi class before open mat. Focused on drilling and situational work.

Tiny squeakers is moving to 430pm-5pm on Mondays and Wednesdays

We will also have some other announcements soon as well! And remember this starts next week, the first week of september, Not today (8/27)
