Dakotas story: Barwis has been incredible for my recovery. When I first came here after my spinal cord injury, I could barely move my legs. After being crushed by a car and breaking my neck and back, I wasn’t sure how much progress I would be able to make.

In the short time I’ve been training here, I’ve already made major improvements — including standing and squatting. The support, knowledge, and motivation from the trainers have made a huge difference in my recovery.

I’ve tried several places, and Barwis has helped me more than anywhere else by far. I’m extremely grateful for this opportunity, the amazing staff, and the progress I’ve made so far. Thank you to everyone at Barwis for continuing to push me forward. 💪🏽📈
