As we gear up for another fun season of ball, we are looking for a few people to step up to the plate for several volunteer roles. Our veteran HCYP families know that our organization is only as strong as our volunteers, and we are in need of some help to make sure we can get the fall season off and running on time.

HEAD CADRE
1) Work with teams and families to schedule cadres for spring and fall seasons.
2) Provide training to new cadres.

DIVISION COMMISSIONER:
1) help identify and select coaches for the fall and spring seasons
2) assist with assignment of players to teams
3) work with coaches and parents to answer questions and/or resolve conflicts when they arise.
4) communicate key messaging from the league to coaches and families.

SCHEDULER:

1) Works with rec commissioner to create fall and spring practice and game schedules.

Fall is a great time to see if baseball is a good fit for your child, as fundamentals, basic rules and teamwork are the basis of the season.

🍁 Fall Baseball Sign-Ups Are Closing Soon! 🍁

As summer comes to an end we are rapidly approaching the registration deadline for HCYP Fall Baseball. We will be closing registrations on August 23rd at midnight, forming teams the week of August 24th, and starting practices on August 31st. As always we are seeing very robust registration numbers, and many divisions are nearing capacity.

Whether you're looking to keep your athlete's skills sharp, step up to a new division, or just enjoy the game in that beautiful autumn weather, we want you on the field with HCYP! Practices are held one day per week, and most games are on Sunday afternoons.

Season Details at a Glance:
Open To: ALL players of all skills ranging in age from 5 to 18

Focus: Development, instruction, and plenty of game-time experience.

How to Register: Head over to our league website and sign up before slots fill up or registration closes! Registration will be open through the end of day August 23rd. We also always need a few coaches in each division so if you are interested please reach out.

The fall season is a developmental league with much more emphasis on skill development and learning. We typically place players in a division where they may play the following spring. For example, if it is likely a player will play Major in Spring 2027, they would play Major in Fall 2026. Please not...
