This morning we ran the 9/11 We Run To Remember to honor the lives of the 2,977 lives lost in September 11, 2001. We ran 3.8 miles to symbolically represents the journey up and down the Twin Tower. Chloe sent me this workout late yesterday afternoon. We had church last night, God comes 1st, so Kristen and I decided to do it as our workout this morning although the 5th anniversary of their deaths was yesterday.We skipped the warmup but had enough energy after the 13 sets to do it.
We called one of the 13 fallen’s name before each set.
