Back to base phase for a NEW SERIES! Series 4 loading..

NEXT WEEK, new phase rolls out with some new focuses and layouts! Take a peak at what is to come for Series 4. Going back and working on the base and building up that strength and endurance to get you through life.

HALF SIM INFO FOR SEPT 19th!!!

We can’t wait to see you on Saturday the 19th as you test your for and find that grit! Here is some additional info on the distance for each portion of the race as well as some rules for burpees, lunges, and the wall balls. We have also added the run route for the race but there will be signs on day of!

We still have time slots open for Saturday if you want to sign up! Non members welcome for a $35 fee!! TIME TO ROX!

Exciting Team Update 🎉

We’re excited to share that Coach Dalton has officially stepped into a management role at F45 Elkhorn!

Dalton has been an instrumental part of our studio’s growth and continues to be a huge part of the community and experience we’re building at F45 Elkhorn.

You’ll continue to see him coaching, connecting with members, and taking on an expanded leadership role as we continue to grow.

We’re so excited for what’s ahead and grateful to have Dalton helping lead the way.
