A GRANDPARENTS DAY TO REMEMBER!

What a morning at Victory Christian School! Our hearts AND our gym were full! Grandparents Day was such a wonderful success, filled with smiles, laughter, sweet fellowship, and lots of love. We are so thankful for every grandparent who joined us and helped make this morning so memorable for our students!

A huge thank you to Mrs. Marro, our elementary teachers, our Pastor, and everyone who worked behind the scenes to make this wonderful morning possible. Your hard work, time, and love for our students helped make Grandparents Day so special! What a blessing to see generations come together and make memories our children will treasure for years to come!

🇺🇸 25 YEARS LATER • WE WILL NEVER FORGET

Today, the staff and students of Victory Christian School stood together in front of the American flag as Pastor Parker took time to explain the events of September 11, 2001, and the importance of never forgetting that day. Twenty five years have passed, yet the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the courage and sacrifice of so many must never be forgotten.

As we looked around at our students, all born long after that September morning, we were reminded of the importance of teaching the next generation about 9/11, the freedoms we are blessed to enjoy, and the sacrifices made by so many. Together, we paused to remember and pray for our country.

Twenty five years later, we remember. We honor. We pray. And we will continue teaching the next generation to never forget.

VICTORY IS OVERFLOWING WITH BLESSINGS!

Victory Christian School has been blessed once again! A very special family generously donated a brand new water bottle filling station and water fountain for our gym. What a wonderful addition for our students, staff, and church family!

We are incredibly grateful for those who see a need and so generously step in to meet it. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness, generosity, and continued support of Victory and our students!

When Your Running Buddy Happens to Be a Teacher!

Early this morning, our elementary students were getting in a little exercise before heading to class. When it was the girls’ turn to run, one sweet little kindergartener asked 4th grade teacher Miss McLemore to run with her. Miss McLemore said she would, and off they went hand in hand!

A teacher wears many hats…apparently “running buddy” is one of them!

Making Our 5th Grade Classroom Cooler!

With the heat and humidity being so intense lately, even the air conditioners in our elementary building and gym have been struggling to keep up! 🥵 Our 5th grade students jumped right in to help assemble a new fan for their classroom. It was great seeing them work together, problem solve, and lend a helping hand! 🔧

SURPRISE! It’s Mrs. Marro’s Birthday! 🥳🎂🎉

Our 6th grade students had a special surprise for Mrs. Marro today as they filled the classroom with a big “Happy Birthday” song just for her!

What a blessing to be surrounded by students who wanted to make her day extra special! We are so blessed to have Mrs. Marro as part of our Victory Christian School family, and we pray the Lord blesses her with a wonderful year ahead.
