Sadly we learned this evening of the passing of another one of our athletes. Dante Cardona was such an impressive young man. His family contributed so much when we first started the league. We send our prayers to his family.

Thank you to the Mijo Things Foundation, Will Hernandez, Derrick and the UTEP football crew. Our athletes had a great time today. Luis Calderon, Rey Saenz, Janin Battle, Anthony Martinez and David DeAnda.

Today we started our younger ages kickball! It was an amazing morning. Watching them play and just having a great time is what this is all about. Thank you to our coaches Erica Smith Cobos and Ruth Smith, Amanda Quintana and Miwa Resurreccion.

Saturday game schedule for ages 3-12

We held our kickball coaches meeting yesterday, discussing rules for the season. Each coach was provided their team roster. We will have schedules to the coaches for their review and approval. Team shirts are at the screen printers.
We plan to begin play next week. Coaches will be in touch with all players by the weekend. Those players that have not paid their registration fees will not be able to enter the playing field until the fees are paid.

Ayer celebramos nuestra reunión de entrenadores de kickball, discutiendo las reglas para la temporada. A cada entrenador se le proporcionó la lista de su equipo. Los entrenadores tendrán horarios para su revisión y aprobación. Las camisetas del equipo están en las impresoras de pantalla.

Planeamos empezar a jugar la próxima semana. Los entrenadores estarán en contacto con todos los jugadores para el fin de semana. Aquellos jugadores que no hayan pagado sus cuotas de inscripción no podrán entrar en el campo de juego hasta que se paguen las cuotas.
