This guy is out there putting up NUMBERS in a premier collegiate summer ball league.

He came in with plenty of natural ability but he wanted more and to take his game to the next level.

So far mission accomplished.

Connection and an early barrel turn are the keys to consistency and adjustability.

He was struggling to find that adjustment until we threw the bat down the first base line a few times then it clicked.

Sometimes we have to get creative to find feels and make adjustments.

You don’t have to be big to have power but being physical and efficient is what separates the smaller guys that can hit at a high level.

It’s the simplicity of his swing for me and something we’ve spent a lot of time working to achieve.
