We are deeply saddened by the passing of John, a cherished and long-time member of the Get Lifted family. At 93 years young, John embodied strength, discipline, and a true fighting spirit that inspired everyone around him.

A talented musician with a deep love for life, John never walked into the gym without purpose. Every visit included his signature 10K on the bike—done with determination, consistency, and pride. He showed us that age is never a limit when the spirit is strong.

More than his workouts, we will miss his wonderful stories, his wisdom, and the joy he brought into our space. John reminded us that fitness is not just about the body, but about heart, passion, and showing up fully every day.

Thank you, John, for the inspiration, the memories, and the legacy you leave behind at Get Lifted. You will always be part of our gym, our community, and our hearts.
