Fun Friday World Cup Bracket workout ⚽️ +
National Teddy Bear Day Picnic & Storytime with our fluffy friends! 🧸 🧺 📖
We let fate decide our workout and did a coin flip to see which team (& corresponding exercise) won! The big winner was NORWAY narrow + wide squat hops! 🇳🇴
We’re hoping our workout prediction is true, as we’re cheering for Erling Braut Haaland and Team Norway now that our US team is out! 😉
After class we shared snacks and read a few bear themed books in honor of National Teddy Bear Day! Our kiddos loved checking out each others stuffed friends, swapping snacks, and they were such great listeners during the stories! 🤩
We’re keeping the fun going tomorrow with our monthly MILES MEETUP!!! Meet us at Campo Del Sol (in the grass by Rose Heath pl.) at 8am to get some miles in!!
ALL distances and paces welcome!

Guess what? These Mamas probably don’t *have* the “extra time”, either.
They MAKE the time to move their bodies.

Fitness is a daily choice, and these ladies are modeling healthy habits that benefit not only themselves, but their whole family. 👏👏👏

Upper body heavies + SLAM camp team games & races!!
The Mamas burned out their upper bodies with some 7-7 themed stations, plus a few birthday burpees for our girl 《•Amanda Hallak•》 🥳
The kiddos had a blast competing in team races and games, thanks to Whitney Carlson!! The Hoosiers, Ruff N Tuff, and Unicorns & Rainbows all came to WIN and gave it 100%, but team Unicorns and Rainbows were victorious!! Whitney even brought trophies for the winners, and stickers and candy for everyone!🤩
Such a fun morning with the SLAMily!!

Our SLAM Camp field trip to the El Paso Zoo last week was wonderful!!! So many animals were out, and so many friends joined us! 🤩
We’ve been having so much fun this summer that we can’t keep up with it all on social media!☺️ If you’re bored this summer- look no further, Mama!! We’ve got an hour long workout and a planned activity for the kids EVERY WEEKDAY for the rest of the summer!!
This week is SPORTS week, and next week is FIRST RESPONDERS! We’ve got so many fun activities on the schedule and we’d love for you to join us!!
