⚽ EPPL × USRG | Building a Stronger Soccer Community 🤝
EPPL is proud to partner with United Soccer Referees Group (USRG), an El Paso-based organization focused on recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing soccer referees.
Through this partnership, USRG will oversee referee assignments, scheduling, game-day operations, evaluations, and referee development for EPPL. Their USSF-certified mentors will provide ongoing guidance and feedback to help officials improve and advance to higher levels of competition.
USRG will also help educate our players, coaches, and parents on the Laws of the Game while promoting respect, professionalism, and accountability throughout the league.
Together, EPPL and USRG are investing in the future of officiating in El Paso—developing better referees and creating a better environment for everyone on the field. ⚽🔥
