We got treated to the most gorgeous red velvet cake pops and chocolate-dipped pretzels and let's just say Starbucks better step aside! ☕😂 These treats were SO good, half of them didn't even make it through the night!

🥋🔥 Las Vegas Heatwave Tournament 🔥🥋

Last weekend, Master Beard and Miss Kylie traveled to Las Vegas to compete in the Moo Do Taekwondo Association's Las Vegas Heatwave Tournament, hosted by Lone Mountain Taekwondo! 🥇🥈🥉

We’re incredibly proud of them for stepping onto the competition floor, challenging themselves, and representing El Dorado Hills Taekwondo! Competition takes courage, preparation, focus, and determination - and they demonstrated all of those qualities throughout the event.

Since day one we've said it: the most dangerous martial artist is the Adult Male 🔥 Green Belt 🔥 hot AND bright. Mr. Emiliano heard the call and answered with the single greatest piece of dojang apparel we've ever seen: "My Taekwondo Instructor Says That I Am Very Dangerous."

Taegeuk Oh Jang, Chapter Five, represents Wind: flexible, flowing, and full of subtle power. 🌬️

At this stage, our students are learning to move with fluidity, adapt to every situation, and combine strength with grace. Every block, strike, and kick is a lesson in controlled movement and adaptable technique.

💥 This form teaches the art of power without rigidity, moving like the wind, strong, smooth, and unstoppable.
