Resting between sets? It matters more than you think.
Taking the right amount of recovery time can help you get more out of every workout.
💪 Building strength? Aim for 2–3 minutes between sets.
🏃 Building endurance? 30–60 seconds is a good target.
🏋️ General fitness? Shoot for 60–90 seconds.
The next time you're tempted to rush into your next set, remember: sometimes progress comes from knowing when to pause!
