Mobility isn’t just about moving better. It’s about getting stronger in the positions you used to avoid.

The TRX Cossack Squat is a great exercise to improve hip mobility, ankle mobility, balance, and single-leg strength.

✅ Sit your hips back.
✅ Keep your chest tall.
✅ Drive your knee out.
✅ Use the TRX only as much as you need.
✅ Control the movement and build strength in every new range of motion.

Don’t chase depth. Earn it through control and consistency.
