AB 84 will eliminate our ability to do so as its budget cuts will severely and negatively impact programs and services offered to Charter Kids by non-State-Certified facilities. SB 414 will accomplish the financial oversite and fraud prevention that proponents of AB 84 seek while still allowing Charter Families to choose their providers, programs and services. Please help us in opposing AB 84 and supporting SB 414 TODAY!
