Overwhelmed is an understatement.

The outpouring of love from the people in this community is like nothing I’ve ever experienced in my life.

From donations for equipment and working for months to surprise us, to taking time away from their lives to make today special, these people go above and beyond anything I ever expected when I opened the gym.

They are what make this place what it is, and it’s so much more than a just a gym or friendship or accountability and support. It’s all of those things wrapped up in a package filled with kindness and generosity, that make us family.

I don’t know what I did to deserve them, but I’m keeping them in my heart forever. 🥰

The competition is fun, but watching this community show up for each other is hands down the best part. ❤️
