Are you a natural relationship-builder who loves the thrill of making a sale? Chaos Factory is looking for an outgoing, motivated Business Development & Group Sales Representative to help us grow our corporate, school, organization and private-event business.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk sales job. You'll actively prospect, make calls, build relationships, visit local businesses and organizations, and turn opportunities into bookings.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Develop new corporate and group business
• Prospect and cold call local businesses and organizations
• Build relationships with HR teams, schools, event planners and community organizations
• Schedule and close group events
• Follow up with leads and maintain a sales pipeline
• Represent Chaos Factory at local networking and community events.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Confident, outgoing and professional
• Comfortable making cold calls and meeting new people
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Persistent and organized
• Sales experience preferred, but not required

WHAT WE OFFER:
$15/hour + uncapped commission
Part-time, approximately 15 hours/week, with the opportunity to grow into a larger role based on performance.
