My child refuses to get into the water and keeps crying. Is that okay?

It’s completely normal for some children to feel anxious at first. Water can be a new and unfamiliar environment for little swimmers, so we never force a child into the water when they feel hesitant. Our supportive instructors encourage them with patience, play-based introductions, and short, positive experiences.

We also love celebrating the small steps and first milestones along the way. Over time, these little steps can help children gently build confidence and feel more comfortable in the water.

I love watching the kids get more comfortable in the water, learn new skills and have fun with their teachers. And of course, the little play area is always a hit before or after lessons! 😂💕
