Sales Representative to help lead our membership
growth and elevate our member experience in
Eastman.
This role is ideal for a sales-minded professional who
enjoys working in a dynamic environment, building
strong relationships, and managing day-to-day facility
operations.
Primary Duties:
• Drive membership growth through engaging facility
tours and effective sales closing.
• Deliver high-standard customer service to foster
long-term member retention.
• Manage operational reporting and maintain facility
quality standards.
• Actively promote club-wide initiatives, challenges, and
promotional campaigns.
