Good morning friends I hope this "cool" weather finds you well!
Presently our Tournament team with Kaleigh and Sheadon are competing in Boxborough Ma, at the Shidokan USA Mass. State Nationals...please wish them the best, they work hard to build our reputation in the tournament circuit. We will announce the results during class this week!
Give some thought to trying our new Kickboxing class, it's similar to Planet fitness whereas this is a "no judgement Zone!" Everyone nneds to work at their ability and have fun doing it....the hardest part is to start, after that it becomes a good healthy habit!
Also, now that everyone is getting back to their fall schedules, we invite you to bring a friend to Karate, if they join we will reward you with a long sleeve "Recruiter" t shirt!
Now for the news:
1. Cardio Kick-Boxing”: Begins Monday’s and Wednesday’s from 5:00-6:00pm, $10.00 for the first family member & $5.00 for the second per session. This is open to everyone including friends! This is a great way to stay in shape through the fall and winter season!
2. T shirt season will close 10/5: Jackets will be required on Monday Oct. 5th. You have plenty of time to make sure they still fit and get any patches you may have sewn on.
3. Black Belt Club: Grappling Tuesday 9/15 @ 7:00. Black Belt Club is open to Beginners-Jr. Black Belts for an additional $15. Per month. Non “BBC members are welcome @ $10. Per class.
4. All Uniforms require our Crest Patch. $15. and if you want it sewn on $5. additional.
5. Tournament team! Fri. 9/18 Children @ 7pm. Adults @ 8pm.

8. We are taking orders: Non- hooded sweatshirts $20. Hooded sweatshirts: Pullovers $30, Zippered $35. Your choice of colors!
9. Private lessons are available: Having trouble getting to the next Promotion and would like to customize your training? We are ready to do that! Private lessons are available, 30 minutes, $20.00. Many times one on one with no distractions is a great option! Check w/office staff or email us, we are responsive to your needs.
10. “Animal Patches” are available for your Karate pants! Each animal is for specific belt levels, (see the chart near the patches on the board) In stock! @ $10. Ea. And can be sewn on for an additional $4.
