Got a pre-opening look at Podium Cycle Service in Farmingdale today, and this place is coming together right.

Clean setup, serious workspace, and built around what a local bike shop should be — good service, good people, and a place to actually talk bikes.

Looking forward to seeing Podium officially open its doors and become part of the local cycling community. Definitely a shop to keep on the radar.

Training sessions. Long days. Early mornings. Race weekends. Strength work. Recovery. And a whole lot of accountability inside our Private Coaching Community.

These are just a few snapshots from the coached athletes putting in the work all summer long.

Different goals. Different starting points. Same standard:

Proud of the work this crew continues to put in.

5K TEAM NIGHT! 🇺🇸🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

What a night for the Givin’ It A Tri crew at the NCPD Memorial 5K.

This group showed up ready to compete, and the results speak for themselves:

• 🥇 1st Age Group
• 🥇 1st Age Group
• 🥈 2nd Age Group + Fastest 5K of 2026
• 🥉 3rd Age Group
• 4th Age Group + Fastest 5K of 2026
• Multiple fastest 5Ks of 2026
• A brand-new 5K PR

But the results only tell part of the story.

Every one of these athletes has been putting in the work week after week—balancing training with careers, families, injuries, setbacks, and everything else life throws at them. Race night was simply an opportunity to cash in on that consistency.

Proud of this crew, proud of the way they competed, and even more proud of the way they continue to support one another.

We’re not done.

Push Limits. Set Standards. Inspire Others.

That incredible moment crossing the finish line! The energy of the crowd, the roaring adrenaline, and the sweet sound of the bell. Pure elation.

Ryan’s transition into triathlons began in 2021, spurred by a neighbor's suggestion. "I enjoyed my running, enjoyed my trail running before that. And my neighbor across the street... said, 'Why don’t you do a triathlon with us?'" What started as a simple suggestion evolved into Ryan participating in triathlons, ultimately leading him to the Ironman.

Ryan faced unique challenges on his path, particularly managing his type 1 diabetes. "People ask, 'You did this whole thing with diabetes? I can’t even get my nutrition down as it is.'" He humorously likens his daily management to a science experiment, adapting his nutrition and training strategies throughout the preparation.

Ryan’s story exemplifies perseverance, community support, and the importance of preparation in achieving one of the most challenging endurance events. As he concludes, the journey to Ironman isn't just about crossing the finish line; it's about growth, resilience, and the support of loved ones.

In this episode, Ryan shares his inspiring journey from trail runni...
