What a week at the TeamLVC Training Center! 🏐🔥

We were thrilled to welcome Charlie Sullivan for a camp experience unlike any other.

This was more than just a volleyball camp. Players had the opportunity to learn directly from an Olympic National Team-level coach, a coach who has led Springfield College to 12 NCAA Division III National Championships, holds a Master’s in Education and brings a true teaching background to the court.

Throughout the camp, players experienced:
🏐 A curriculum specifically designed around the needs of the athletes
🎥 Video analysis using their own performance as a teaching tool
🧠 High-level technical and tactical instruction
📈 Individual feedback designed to help each player improve
🔥 A learning environment built around competing, thinking and getting better

The goal was simple: teach the game, develop the player and help athletes understand why—not just what to do.

A huge thank you to Coach Sullivan and every athlete who brought energy, focus and a willingness to learn this week!

What an awesome week in the gym! A huge thank you to all of the athletes who joined us for our Setter, Attacker, Defense and Serve/Reception Specialty Camps. It was great to see so many players committed to improving their individual skills and taking their game to the next level.

Over the four camps, athletes focused on position-specific training, technical skill development, game-like repetitions, and competitive play—all while learning from our experienced TeamLVC coaching staff.
