Day 3 of boot camp! Our dancers are working together to build strength and confidence 🩵

Day 2 of Performance Company was a workout! Jazz technique and choreography workshop returned us to our basics while a beginner/intermediate yoga practice taught basic structural anatomy and joint mechanics. The whole day centered around our balance, patience, and alignment!
