As part of Parkinson’s Awareness Month, we’re highlighting Paul and his journey with Rock Steady Boxing at The Commons on Marice.

When Paul first arrived at Rock Steady Boxing, he relied on a four-wheel walker for support and used a wheelchair for longer distances. Over time, Paul began making steady progress. Through consistent workouts and support from his coach, he moved from using mobility aids to completing classes on his own.
