There are still a few appointments available for Tuesday's Sports Physical Clinic. Walk-ins may also be accommodated on the day of the event, based on availability.

Sports physicals are available to all middle and high school student-athletes, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

🏐 Several of you have asked about workout plans — coaches are still working on this. Check out our friends at to start getting some lifting reps and working on your endurance!

🏐 RETURNERS: email Coach Kristine about getting signed up to work our kids camp. This is YOUR fundraiser and we have several community kiddos signed up and eager to train with us!
