Each class is designed to build core strength, endurance and lean muscle in an intense, efficient & supportive environment.

We asked Coach Donnis Dolso what her favorite core exercises were. Because who doesn’t want abs like Donnis?

🛞Barbell Roll Outs - roll out only as far as you feel your abs working, don’t let your low back take the brunt
💍 Ring Knee Raises - this can be modified by using the pull up bar or on the ground with your back supported
👻GHDs - (we could find an appropriate emoji for these) if you don’t feel these in your abs the next day you get your money back 🫠

Coach Danny returns with Mobility Class. We missed him and his torture so much. 😂🫶

This 30 minute class will target tight muscles in body parts you didn’t know you needed to fix and help relieve tightness and pain in those pesky problem areas. The schedule is as follows.
    •     Wednesday at 7:30 AM
    •    Friday 5:30 PM Mobility class will be held every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month.
