Taido is a Japanese martial art; a skills-based karate practice dedicated to developing the physical freedom and mental flexibility to move and act in creative and unexpected ways. We specialize in training children and adults to develop the physical, mental and emotional tools to become masters of conflict resolution and peacemaking. We are proud to announce that we are a part of the American Taido Association (taido.us) and the World Taido Federation (taido.net).
