MYTH: You can spot reduce fat π―
FACT: Fat loss happens body-wide through caloric deficit and training. Targeted exercises strengthen muscles, but can't burn fat in just one area.
Focus on the fundamentals: consistent training, proper nutrition, and patience. The results will follow.
It is all part of the process.
