Dear Friends and Community Partners,

On behalf of the Global Asian Cultural Heritage Foundation, it is our great pleasure to officially invite you to join us in celebrating the 10th Annual Ohio Moon Festival!

This year marks a very special milestone — ten years of bringing our communities together through culture, friendship, wellness, and celebration. We warmly welcome cultural organizations, community groups, performers, vendors, businesses, families, and friends from across Central Ohio and beyond to be part of this meaningful anniversary celebration.

The festival will feature cultural performances, Asian food, martial arts, wellness activities, games and prizes, moon appreciation, and multicultural community experiences.

Admission and parking are free.

The Ohio Moon Festival celebrates the Mid-Autumn Festival traditions shared by many Asian cultures while creating opportunities for people of all backgrounds to come together, learn from one another, and celebrate the cultural diversity that makes our community stronger.

Dublin Tai Chi Wellness Class – Fully Booked (20 Participants)

We are pleased to announce that all 20 spots for this session of the Dublin Tai Chi Wellness Class have been filled! Thank you for your support and trust in the health benefits of Tai Chi.

Tai Chi features gentle, slow, and flowing movements that are suitable for people of all ages. With regular practice, Tai Chi can help:

✅ Improve balance and reduce the risk of falls
✅ Enhance joint flexibility and body coordination
✅ Relieve stress and improve sleep quality
✅ Regulate breathing and strengthen heart and lung function
✅ Build leg strength and support overall vitality

Last Wednesday, I had the great honor of visiting the Ohio Statehouse ☀️, where I enjoyed a warm exchange with Senator Beth Liston and witnessed a truly meaningful moment of recognition and encouragement.

I am especially proud of my student, John —
He represented the United States at the World Traditional Martial Arts Championships and earned a Bronze Medal 🥉.
Even more admirable, he stepped onto the world stage at the age of 80, embodying the spirit of perseverance and passion through his actions.

Martial arts are not only about technique, but about spirit —
A lifelong journey of discipline, courage, and balance ☯️

My sincere thanks to Senator Beth Liston and her team for their gracious welcome and encouragement 🙏.
From our conversation to the photo session, every detail reflected respect and sincerity.
This is the kind of elected leadership our communities truly need —
Officials who genuinely care and who support the efforts and dreams of everyday people.

Today, I taught three classes at the private school Columbus Academy, bringing Tai Chi culture into the campus.
It wasn’t just about movements, but about the spirit—sharing my story, passing on peace and love, and talking about my personal journey and next goals.

What truly moved me was seeing several children who have trained in martial arts with me since they were very young. Seeing them grow with confidence and positive energy was incredibly inspiring and reaffirmed why this work matters so much to me.

Tai Chi is more than a practice—it lives in the heart, in the way, and in the future.
Tai Chi in culture ☯️ brings peace to the world.
