Congratulations to Lina Jankowski on being selected to attend a U.S. Soccer Girls Talent ID Center on September 16 in Noblesville, Indiana. ⚽️🇺🇸
So, what exactly is a U.S. Soccer Talent ID Center?
Talent ID Centers are invitation-only, single-day identification events designed to bring together top youth players and evaluate them within the U.S. Soccer pathway. Players train and compete under the direction of U.S. Soccer Talent Identification Managers in an environment designed to replicate the demands of a Youth National Team camp.
Players cannot simply register for these events. They are identified through U.S. Soccer scouting at games and events or through club recommendations, with Talent ID Managers making the selections. The purpose is to identify, evaluate and monitor high-potential players for future U.S. Youth National Team opportunities.
Being invited does not mean a player has been selected to a National Team—but it does mean she has been identified as a player U.S. Soccer wants to evaluate within its national identification pathway.
A tremendous opportunity for Lina to compete alongside other top players, experience the U.S. Soccer environment and represent Club Ohio on a national stage.
