Beyond The Mark Throwers Guild We offer a person-based approach for coaching the shot put, discus, hammer and javelin. We offer lessons, clinics, and programming for all levels of throwers.

Our services focus on knowledge, safety, and promotion of the throwing events.

has been crushing some hammer throws recently. We decided to pick up a 25lb weight today and had a casual 6 ft. PR. Excited to see what he has got in store come winter!
