Each week, we’ll be shining the spotlight on a member of our PDK Sales team.
So without further ado, we’d like to introduce you to Robert Gomez!
Robert is a seasoned professional with more than 34 years of experience in the life safety and security industry, specializing in fire alarm and electronic security systems.
He began his career immediately after high school as an installer, gaining valuable hands-on experience and developing a strong technical foundation in system installation, troubleshooting, and customer service.
Through dedication, hard work, and a commitment to excellence, Robert advanced into project management, where he successfully led complex fire alarm and security projects from conception through completion.
His ability to manage teams, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver successful outcomes led him to transition into sales, where he combined his technical expertise with a customer-focused approach to help organizations implement effective security and life safety solutions.
In 2018, Robert moved to the manufacturing side of the security industry, serving as both a Sales Engineer and Regional Sales Manager.
Drawing on his extensive experience in the field, project management, and sales, he has helped integrators, consultants, and end users identify innovative solutions while supporting business growth and strengthening industry partnerships.
His unique career path provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced across every level of the security industry.
Throughout his career, Robert has built a reputation for technical expertise, leadership, integrity, and a passion for helping customers protect their people, property, and assets through reliable life safety and security solutions.
Outside of his professional career, Robert is deeply committed to wildlife conservation and outdoor stewardship.
He serves on the Board of Directors for an Arizona wildlife conservation organization that raises funds for habitat improvement projects, including water developments and habitat enhancement initiatives that benefit wildlife across the state.
He and his wife also operate a small hobby farm, where they raise livestock, cultivate fruit trees, and maintain vegetable gardens.
These pursuits reflect Robert's dedication to conservation, self-sufficiency, and preserving natural resources for future generations.
We’re proud to have such an experienced, knowledgeable team member on the PDK team! Thanks for all you do, Robert!
