Me vs. Me. ❤️
That’s really what this bodybuilding competition is about for me.
I am 50, and I decided to compete again — not to prove that I’m special, and not because I need a certain placement. I’m doing it because I want to see what I’m capable of at this stage of my life.
For me, it’s about becoming a better version of myself — stronger, healthier, more disciplined, and continuing to grow.
Natural bodybuilding is not easy. And doing it while balancing family, kids, work, and all the responsibilities of everyday life definitely comes with its challenges. But somehow, I love the process. I love the discipline, the structure, the small improvements, and watching all the work come together.
And this time, I made another important decision: I hired a coach.
After years of training and coaching myself, I realized that there is so much value in stepping back, accepting your own limitations, and allowing someone else to teach you. Fitness and nutrition are always evolving, and no matter how much experience we have, we never stop learning.
I’m already learning so much, and I’m genuinely grateful for this part of the journey.
Because at the end of the day, this isn’t just about stepping on stage.
It’s about Me vs. Me.
Becoming stronger.
Becoming better.
And seeing what’s possible when you train smart, stay consistent, and never stop learning. ❤️💪🏼
