It is highly recommended & preferred that all clients start with an Initial Evaluation!
Fitness Authority Provides 4 different Evaluations based on your needs and goals: Posture Assessment, Weight Management, Nutrition Analysis, Sports Specific Evaluation. I will help you identify which evaluation will suit you best.
Fitness Authority's Initial Evaluations include SMART Goal Setting.
Q. Why SMART Goals are important?
A. SMART Goal setting is an effective tool that provides the clarity, focus and motivation you need to achieve your goals. It can also improve your ability to reach them by encouraging you to define your objectives and set a completion date.
Get Specific with your goals, really identify what you want to accomplish. Be able to Measure your progress and success. Identify what Action is needed to accomplish your goals. Are your goals Realistic? What is the Time frame set to accomplish your goals?

Why Should you have your Nutrition Assessment?
You are what you eat. Committing to nutritional assessment helps you know what you should and should not be eating if you want to live a healthy life and accomplish specific goals. Nutritional assessment helps you understand your own dietary intake and how it compares with the recommended daily allowances for nutrients.
1. Allows you to identify any potential risks associated with poor nutrition.
2. It helps you make informed decisions about changes to make to your diet.
3. Provides information about whether there are specific foods that you shouldn't eat.
4. It helps you learn how to plan meals and snacks ahead, so you don't have to rely on fast food or convenience options.
5. Ensures you're getting enough nutrients from your meals and in the right quantities.
What’s included: Evaluation of current eating habits (Calorie intake/output, Macronutrients, Vitamins & Minerals, and Water intake), SMART Goal Setting, Create NEW dietary plan with foods you enjoy.
