We offer martial arts in age-based programs starting at 3 1/2 - Adult. We teach a World Taekwondo Federation curriculum that is recognized worldwide. If you like to compete, our certified coaches will help you to perform your best at local, state-level, and national tournaments. Save this for the next meltdown — three things that actually work better than "calm down."

1. Get down to their eye level before you say anything.
2. Name what they're feeling instead of telling them to stop feeling it.
3. Give them one small choice, so they feel back in control.

We use all three on the mat too.

Save this for the next time you're about to boil over — three resets that work in seconds.

1. Unclench your jaw and drop your shoulders — that's where the tension shows up first.
2. Slow your exhale until it's longer than your inhale.
3. Name the emotion out loud, even just in your head.

We drill all three under pressure on the mat.
