Almost all pool & spa care is done by us. Whether it's adjusting chemical levels or physical cleaning, it's taken care of in house for fast and effective service.

With dozens of people swimming daily, it requires a lot of time and effort to maintain! If you love swimming pools, be sure to show appreciation for clean, sparkling water 😉

Some benefits of walking:

- Most people can do it
- Little to no equipment is needed
- Wonderful way to burn calories
- Less physically stressful than high intensity cardio
- Gets you out of your chair so you can see the world and other people!

Walking is very underrated since high intensity, sweat dripping workouts are glorified. They have their place but it's not for most people. More frequent, less intense exercise can still create significant results!

An age old discussion in the fitness world. Are free weights better than strength machines? Short answer: they can both be great so just use both!

Of course there are differences but you can still get great results when you work hard either way. Make sure to set things up properly, use correct lifting technique, and slowly progress weights and reps over time.

You've probably seen stability balls in gyms before but have you ever used them? There are dozens of exercises that could be done but here are a few for you to try.

The main idea using the ball is that it works your balance and control which can be a nice way to mix up your routine. Just please don't stand on them and risk getting injured. Save that for circus performers!

The calm before the storm

Our new class with Paul Paul K Tang is in full swing. Join us for Shapes every Monday at 12:15 pm for a full body workout with moves from yoga sculpt, pilates, and more.
