18 pounds down.
No gimmicks.
No detox teas.
No starving himself.
Just consistency.
When Anthony started, he weighed 255 pounds.
Today he’s 237.4 pounds and his body fat is down to 25.3%.
The biggest difference isn’t just the number on the scale.
Look at his waist.
Look at his posture.
Look at how much tighter his midsection is.
This is what happens when you stop chasing quick fixes and start following a plan that actually works.
Progress isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about showing up enough times that your body has no choice but to change.

5th place out of 12 incredible women in the 50+ Bikini division. 💜
Every time I step on stage, I remind myself that this isn’t just about a trophy. It’s about showing up. It’s about honoring the promises I made to myself. It’s about proving that age is never an excuse to stop chasing goals.
I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to showcase months of hard work, discipline, and consistency. Walking off that stage with a top-five finish feels like a blessing.
A huge thank you to my coach, Jodie Yuncker . Your tireless dedication, guidance, honest feedback, and unwavering support have carried me through every high and every challenge. I couldn’t ask for a better coach in my corner. Thank you to my teammates Chris Gurunlian Ifbb Pro for cheering me on.
Now it’s time for a different season.
Time to rest.
Time to reset.
Time to enjoy meals without weighing every gram.
Time to laugh with my friends.

One more time.
The bags are unpacked.
The food is prepped.
The tan is on.
The work is done.
Now it’s time to have fun.
I came into this show even tighter than last weekend, and I’m proud of that. Not because perfection is the goal, but because I listened to the feedback, trusted my coach Jodie Yuncker , stayed disciplined, and showed up again.
That’s what this sport teaches you.
You don’t always get the placing you want.
You get the opportunity to improve.
So today I’m grateful.
Grateful for another stage.
Grateful for another chance.
Grateful that at 51 years old, I still get to chase big goals.
Let’s see what 320 can do. 💪🏽🔥

Life has been nonstop.
Two bodybuilding shows.
Eight-hour drives.
Suitcases.
Food prep.
Dog food prep.
Laundry.
Unpacking.
Packing again.
I haven’t had time to create content.
But here’s what I didn’t do…
I didn’t stop training.
I didn’t stop eating with intention.
I didn’t lose momentum.
Why?
Because discipline isn’t about feeling motivated.
It’s about having a structured plan that removes the guesswork.
I’m headed to the gym today and I’m not standing there wondering what body part to train or what exercise to do.
The plan was already written.
That’s what I help my clients build.
Because when life gets busy, motivation disappears.
Structure doesn’t.
