We opened our doors July 2019 and had to close them just 7 months later because of Covid.

Other well-known yoga studios around us were closing left and right. For good.

Did we hang up our hats?

HELL NO.

Douglasville needed a community that was a landing spot for people to rediscover their minds, bodies, and spirits.

That’s exactly what we fought for. And look at us now, 2,555 days later (peep that angel number 👀)

We come here to move, to rest, to encourage, and to be in community with our neighbors.

FREE Restorative Yoga Soundbath on Sunday, July 19th!

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Christal Wagner, our newest Sound Bath instructor at Just Breathe Yoga Center!

Christal brings 27 years of teaching experience and a rich background in band, chorus, and theater, where she has inspired students through the power of music and performance. She is excited to begin sharing the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls with the Just Breathe community.

Outside the classroom, Christal enjoys serving her community and embracing opportunities that bring people together. She is a full-time elementary music teacher at Tuskegee Airmen Global Academy, a public elementary school in southwest Atlanta.

A dedicated yoga enthusiast, Christal and her husband, Robert, have been part of the Just Breathe family as students since 2022, making this new chapter especially meaningful.

We can’t wait for you to experience the peace, relaxation, and healing she brings to every Sound Bath.
