I BUILT THE TRAINING PROGRAM I BELIEVE YOUNG PLAYERS ACTUALLY NEED.

After years of coaching, training players and watching the youth baseball and softball world evolve, I wanted SOPRO to offer something different from simply scheduling another weekly lesson.

So I developed SOPRO Players Development.

Players train in groups of no more than four, using a structured curriculum built around three core areas:

HITTING • THROWING • DEFENSE / ATHLETIC MOVEMENT

Development happens through progressive 3-week rotations. We don't just introduce a skill and move on.

LEARN → DEVELOP → APPLY → COMPETE

Players learn the movements, develop consistency, apply those skills in increasingly game-like situations, and ultimately learn to perform them under competitive pressure.

That's how I believe players should be developed.

SOPRO Player Supply Co. is our next step in becoming a bigger resource for players, coaches and families throughout our local baseball and softball community.
