What an amazing weekend. I completed a Trifecta Weekend three races in one weekend, something I never thought possible. It was an incredible experience shared with great friends and with my father watching over me.

I dedicated these races to my dad, who always loved seeing me embrace challenges and push myself beyond my limits. A special thank you to for the customized tank top featuring my father. Wearing it gave me the extra motivation I needed to finish the Beast.

I considered withdrawing after my father passed, but I realized he would have wanted me to continue and finish what I started. So this was for you, Dad. I love you always.

A special shoutout to everyone who participated in the 5K this past weekend!

You all did an amazing job despite the challenging weather conditions. The heat was intense, but that didn’t stop us. We showed up, stayed focused, and conquered the course together.

There were moments when it would have been easy to slow down or give up, but everyone pushed through and finished strong. That’s what determination, resilience, and heart look like.

Congratulations to every single person who competed. I’m incredibly proud of all of you and grateful to have shared this experience with such a dedicated group of athletes.

Now it’s time to recover, get back to training, and start preparing for the next challenge. Keep building, keep improving, and keep showing up.

First and foremost, I want to thank God for giving me the strength and energy to complete my second half marathon in one week. Last Sunday, I completed the Rhode Island Half Marathon and today I completed my second race, Boston Run to Remember.

Thank you to everyone who supported me throughout this journey. Without God, I would not have been able to complete this second race.

Today, I also accomplished a major goal and set a new PR with a finish time of 2:25:51.7! Last year, when I completed this same race, my time was 2:44.51 To see that much improvement in one year means everything to me. It shows that the hard work, dedication, sacrifices, and training I put in truly paid off.

I’m extremely proud of myself and grateful for this journey. This is proof that consistency and faith can take you further than you ever imagined. The work continues. 🏅
