💎 A little DIAMOND brag! 💎

This is the SECOND student this week who came to me excited because she beat everyone in her school, even the boys, in push-ups! 💪🏼🩷

So I smile when someone tries to convince me that dance isn’t a sport. 😉

Because I know exactly what our dancers bring to the table: strength, coordination, flexibility, endurance, discipline, teamwork, and determination, and clearly, all those hours in the studio are paying off outside of it too!

But what makes me proudest? We’re raising STRONG girls. Strong bodies, strong minds, and girls who know they can do hard things. Confident hard working.

At Diamond Dance Company, we believe dance is about so much more than learning steps. It’s about building confidence, expressing creativity, working as a team, and forming friendships that extend far beyond the studio.
